FAQS

Hello! Welcome to my little Shop!  Most questions can be answered here.

Most items in my shop are made to order and therefore estimated turn around time is 5 to 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. I try very hard to get items out in that time frame, but due to my schedule, it may not always be possible.

Once your item is in the mail, it will typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days within the United States depending on your location. International shipping time varies and I am not able to estimate that. Certain countries charge customs fees and/or prohibit certain items from entering their country. I am not responsible for customs fees or if you purchase an item that is confiscated. Expedited shipping options within the United States are also available within the listing. Expedited shipping will not get your order in the mail quicker, it will only move your order quicker through USPS.

I do not ship through UPS or FedEx.

Occasionally, USPS loses or damages packages. This is not my fault. As a courtesy, I do work with you to remedy the situation. If a package is lost, I will try and locate the package first. If it is not found, I will typically remake and ship the item at no cost. If an item is damaged, I will typically repair or remake a damaged item. This may involve you sending an item back to me. I understand this may be frustrating, but this process typically takes a couple of weeks, so please be patient with me.

Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please do not put "asap" or "need by (date)" in the notes as this will not get your order out faster.

Everything in my shop is handmade by me. Handmade items are not perfect (although I try very hard) but that is part of the charm! Items that are hand stamped are made using individual stamps and a hammer. This process is different than the perfection of engraving. This means that spacing and alignment may vary and won't be 100% perfect. Aluminum, brass, and copper are also not perfect. I use the highest quality I can find, but there may be slight imperfections on the metal that my tumbler cannot polish away.

Copper, brass, and sterling silver may patina, which doesn't mean your item is ruined! Please see the jewelry care section for instructions on preventing this or removing it.
