The lettering is filled with a special ink. It is water resistant, but not waterproof, so it shouldn't be submerged.

Each letter is hand stamped by me! This means that it won't be perfect but that makes your piece one of a kind!

Aluminum is typically hypoallergenic. It should not tarnish if properly cared for. Copper and brass will naturally tarnish due to contact with the air and skin. For all metals do not shower while wearing and avoid contact with sweat and products such as lotion. Do not store in the bathroom due to humidity. For best results, store in the bag when not wearing. Tarnish may be removed by soaking the piece in vinegar for five to ten minutes (lettering may lighten over time) or purchasing a treated jewelry cloth
